Emotional Intelligence Training

Assess and develop Key emotional intelligence skills to strengthen Impact & performance

According to Daniel Goleman, author of Emotional Intelligence, 90% of the difference between outstanding and average leaders is linked to emotional intelligence (EQ), and this metric alone is twice as important as IQ and technical experience when it comes to success.

Emotional intelligence helps individuals understand themselves better - what triggers them, how best to respond in times of stress, and how to pick up on social and emotional cues from others. By increasing self awareness and awareness of others, emotional intelligence helps build stronger working relationships that result in greater productivity. Emotional intelligence has undeniably become one of the most important key indicators of performance, as well as leadership potential in today’s workplace.

IQ and technical skills are important. But emotional intelligence is the sine qua non of leadership.
— Daniel Goleman
