Coached the General Counsel of Fortune 100 company on exploring her values and developing a personal brand that will allow her to become a more visible member of the executive team.

Worked with the Chief Operating Officer at boutique accounting firm to help her move from a technical expert to a leader with a clear point of view.  Focused on helping her understand her audience to increase influence, presentation skills and re-creating her personal brand. 


 

High Potential Coaching & Facilitation – Fortune 100 Company: Chosen in nationwide search to be one of 50 coaches to participate in an award-winning culture change program for a Fortune 100 company. Over the course of 5 years, have received excellent evaluations and, as a result, have been asked to facilitate all of the 33 programs.  Individually coached over 300 high-potentials.

 

Executive Leadership Coaching – Wharton Executive MBA:  Six-month coaching engagement.  Worked with 5 individuals to process 360 degree feedback, develop actionable objectives and measure progress over the course of the program. 

Global Leadership Development - Accenture: Leadership coaching for high potential leaders in 6 countries with an emphasis on leading cross-culturally.

Executive Leadership Curriculum Design and Delivery - Colorado Bioscience Institute:  Co-designed and delivered a 6-month leadership development program for bioscience founders and executives. Developed a comprehensive program that included peer groups, mentoring, and coaching to help leaders increase their emotional intelligence and leadership capacity.  Currently in its third year.


 

Facilitated small groups and one-on-one coaching for high potentials in Fortune 100 company with emphasis on values, energy management, and effective decision making.  Have worked with more than 350 participants over six years.

 

Designed and delivered year-long professional development series for over 90 managers at Fortune 200 company, including individual coaching for selected participants.

Helped a financial services professional, who was masterful at managing up, be seen as more approachable and collaborative when working with peers and junior staff.

Hudson Institute Leadership Team: Lead a small group through a facilitated 4-day experiential program helping professionals lead through change.


 

Designed and facilitated a 6-month program for Women’s Professional Network within a Fortune 200 company focusing on personal branding, leveraging strengths, values and effective communication.

 

 

Facilitated Communication Skills Series of workshops nationally for Fortune 100 company.  Subject matter included Presentation Skills, Effective Client Management, Negotiation Skills, Difficult Conversations and Networking Skills. Objective was to build interpersonal skills for technical managers.
