Peter calls on over 35 years of professional experience in international finance, a lifelong drive to connect with and to help those around him, and training with the esteemed Hudson Institute of Coaching in the work he currently loves most: developing individuals to maximize their full leadership potential, as well as to navigate tumultuous times of transition.
Having led teams through several turbulent markets and economic crises, and having served in roles from investment banker to CEO, Peter knows the challenges executives and managers of high-stakes teams face every day firsthand. Yet of all his professional roles, Peter has enjoyed none more than helping mentor the talented people he has had the privilege to work with over the years, all of which he brings to his work with his clients alongside a strong sense of purpose, curiosity, and commitment to diversity and justice.
