Jason Miller facilitates a reflective learning process centered in expression of the client’s unique purpose. He co-creates a safe space with the client, inviting them to listen to and lead themselves more by inner wisdom, joy, creativity, and systemic contribution. He then helps them to build and apply practices and actions in support of sustained change.
Jason has nearly thirty years of experience as an Organizational Development and Operations leader, coach, and consultant. He has coached and developed leaders and facilitated large-scale change programs with well-known corporations such as Google, Amazon, Panera, Accenture, and Caterpillar; as well as community-based healthcare non-profits such as OhioHealth, CNS Healthcare, McLaren Healthcare, and Trinity Health.
