Starla Sireno Professional Development Team
Our national team of certified executive coaches is adept at creating programs that appeal to smart and highly sophisticated audiences. All of our team has worked together for years. We have successfully designed and delivered programs in almost every industry, at every level nationally and internationally.
Unlike many other organizational development consultancies, our team is composed of certified executive coaches which informs both our consultative approach to clients, as well as how we work inside the classroom.
In developing programs with the client, we invest the time up-front to understand culture, context, and objectives to ensure that the end-product is in-line with expectations.
Inside the classroom, our coaches are adept at providing immediate feedback to participants in a “digestible” way. This creates an environment that provides in-the-moment feedback as well as models the skill for participants.
We take a team-based approach to ensure seamless communication, as well as consistency in delivery
Both our formal and informal assessment processes render key information that will guide the entire engagement from the team assignment to the learning modality.
